The Site Architect provides field assistance to the Resident Engineer (RE) in supervising Architectural and Interior subcontractors performance and coordination of disciplines within the Passenger Terminal Complex.
Carries out surveillance on safety, workmanship, quality and schedule and assures that results are in full compliance with contract requirements. Liaises with Field Engineering Manager (FEM) team to ensure resolution of construction technical issues and queries.
Monitors achievement of cost and time schedules. Reviews Construction equipment and personnel requirements
