| Description: | Preparation of inter discipline work schedules and progress measurement throughout the entire EPC process. Ongoing schedule management for projects and programs including preparation of schedule reports for projects and/or programs. Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities Responsible for leading the planning and scheduling through the complete prospect/project schedules from conceptual design through FEED, Detailed design and Construction. Required to coordinate with all project disciplines and third party sub contractors and licensors where appropriate. May lead other schedulers. Requirements Needs extensive planning experience in all project phases from pre-design through to commissioning. Ideally should have core experience in major Petrochemical, Refinery and/or onshore Oil and Gas projects. Must have substantial experience of Primavera (ideally P6) planning system. Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance and determine own work priorities, leading and taking responsibility for the integrated planning across all disciplines from proposal to execution, tracking progress and identifying and managing critical path activities. Will act as a resource and Mentor for colleagues with less experience. Can take planning leadership role; act as a facilitator and mentor. Ability to travel would be an asset |
