| Description: | 1. To analyse project requirements and assist with the preparation of Project Master Schedules.
2. To maintain the job-specific code of accounts, in accordance with the approved project WBS, which forms the basis for detailed level cost control.
3. To prepare detailed logic diagrams as a basis for detailed level schedule reporting.
4. To maintain the Project Control Budget.
5. To monitor progress against schedules and expedite updating data required from the project work groups.
6. To prepare client and management cost reports.
7. To maintain progress curves for each project phases.
8. To maintain change control systems. Evaluate discipline change notices, determining cost impact of all affected areas.
9. To maintain in conjunction with discipline engineers, a document level progress measurement system.
10. To monitor, analyse and forecast project costs.
11. To maintain, in conjunction with the materials control group, a requisition tracking system.
12. To provide cost budgets for material requisitions and subcontract work packages for bid evaluation.
13. To prepare cashflows and currency distribution forecasts.
